Product faq
Absolutely! Every product is made in house, from design to final production. The leather hides, tacks, rivets, buckles and other metal accessories used in each design are obtained directly from local tanneries, or various Canadian / North American suppliers with all the design & production work done here in house.
Each product displays various sizing options, however if you're still in doubt or have concerns, you can enter your size requirements in the notes at checkout and we'll ensure the perfect fit!
We do attend a number of shows throughout southern Ontario, as well as stock a few retail locations. If you're in the Ottawa area you can check out "Wicked Wanda's" or "The Alternative". SHIPPING FAQ
Absolutely! We always take great care in maintaining our customers privacy. Your order will be shipped in a plain brown box, addressed from myself (no mention of the company name). For international order, we do need to add customs information but state the items are "leathercraft" and make no other mention of the actually contents are included on the outside of the box.
*** Please note: International Shipment to the EU are subject to new restrictions, and a more detailed description of contents will be required. You will have a number of shipping options to choose from ranging from expedited, to standard delivery. So depending on your selection, the shipping could be anywhere from a few days to a few weeks (for international order outside of canada/usa).
However, please keep in mind that all products are handmade to order, and you will need to allow 1-2 weeks of production time prior to your order being shipped. If you do need something made in a shorter time frame, or want to know what items we may already have made and ready to ship, simply contact me via email at sales@6whips.com
GENERAL FAQ
All products sold by 6Whips are guaranteed from any and all manufacturing defects. If you ever have any concerns with an order or product, simply contact me and I will repair or replace as needed (excluding normal wear and tear).
Due to the intimate nature of 6whips products, I do not offer refunds or returns. If you have any concerns, please contact me directly as customer satisfaction is my top priority and I will always try to assist however possible.
All items by 6WHIPS are sold as adult novelty items only.
