Each product is meticulously crafted by hand, from design to completion. Produced in Canada and distributed worldwide. We pour our heart and soul into every piece, ensuring top-notch quality from start to finish.

Most of the leathers we utilize are full grain, latigo, suede, bridle, or other exotics. The leather type is always specified in the product description. Our leather hides are of superior quality, with no synthetic or imitation materials used in our products.

We always take great care in maintaining our customers privacy. Your order will be shipped in a plain brown box, addressed from JC Leather.

For international order (including the USA), we are required to add customs information when shipping, but do our best to keep the contents list as generic as possible.

If you have any concerns regarding this, please contact us directly - we're always happy to help however we can.

You will have a number of shipping options to choose from ranging from standard to expedited delivery.

Standard delivery within Ontario, Canada is usually only a few business days and up to 6 days for the rest of Canada.

US tracked shipping is generally 3-6 business days (depending on your location).

International shipping (EU/UK/AUS/+) is generally 10-22 business days.

Please keep in mind that all products are handmade to order. We do require 1-2 weeks of production time prior to your order being shipped.

Due to the intimate nature of 6whips products, we generally do not offer refunds or returns. However if there is an error in your order, or a quality concern - of course we're always happy to help!

All products sold by 6Whips are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.

If you experience any issues related to a manufacturing defect, please contact us at sales@6whips.com. Upon inspection and at our sole discretion, we will either repair or replace the defective item.

This guarantee is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
